General Policies and Terms of Purchase of EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo Sistemas e Serviços de Ingressos Ltda. (hereinafter “EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo”)
- General policies and terms of purchase

1. Before a client makes a purchase of tickets of any events from EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo’s website hosted at www.EVENTIM.com.br (the “Website”) or at one of our licensed points of sale listed on the Website (the “POS”), we strongly recommend that he/she carefully reads EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo general policies and terms of purchase below.
2. The following general policies and terms of purchase govern all purchases of tickets to events from EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo, through any of its authorized and official channels.
3. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo does not promote or organize events, but is hired by each event promoter simply to sell and distribute tickets.
4. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo has no control of any circumstances which may cause the rescheduling or cancellation of any event for which tickets are sold by it and is therefore not liable for any such rescheduling or cancellation.
5. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo’s system ensures that either (i) the client is able to choose his/her seats to an event, or, (ii) in case any specific event does not allow the individual choice of seats, the system offers the option to automatically select the best available tickets.
6. Any purchase of tickets shall be subject to availability of tickets and approval of the payment transaction by the client’s credit card company or bank.
7. Any purchase made through the Website may be subject to analysis and confirmation protocols implemented by our safety departments, which may request specific documentation from the client before the order can be concluded and the ticket issued. The ticket is subject to cancellation and, in that case, the amounts paid by the customer is automatically refunded on the card used for the purchase.
- 7.1. The tickets purchased through EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo’s official sales channels (Website or any POS) may be subject to a convenience fee per order or per ticket, as well as a delivery fee in the event the client requires the delivery of tickets to his/her home or work address. Additional and/or other fees may apply as stated in the course of the order process respectively.
- 7.2. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo is not responsible for any tickets purchased from companies and / or people that are not official sales channels. Tickets identified in resale activities such as third-party sites, social networks and even face-to-face sales may be canceled and the amount paid for these tickets is not refundable.
- 7.3. Elo, sponsor of several events available on Eventim's website, makes available to its customers pre-sale of tickets with up to 6X installment without interest on credit cards, and special discounts that can be accessed at the time of purchase with sharing and validation of datas with ELO.
- 7.4. Respecting the relationship and importance that fan clubs have with their idols, other pre-sales may occur upon the determination of the promoter. The access to this benefit will be validated via an unique code and / or sharing of the consumer’s data at the time of purchase to guarantee the access to the benefit. - 7.5. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo provides the registration and purchase data, as well as IP access and payment method to the competent authorities, when requested, contributing voluntarily to the fight against illegal resale of tickets and fraud in the payment system.
8. The client shall verify all the information pertaining to his/her order (event, date, time, number of tickets, seating information, sector) before he/she confirms the purchase. In case the client decides to cancel the purchase after he/she receives its confirmation, he/she shall follow the procedure established in Annex A, regarding Cancelation and Exchange, of these terms of purchase having up to 7 days to do so, as provided by Law No. 8.078 / 1990 - Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
9. For the safety of EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo’s clients, any and all tickets purchased through the Website shall be delivered to no one else but the holder of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase, and the following documents may be requested before the delivery is concluded: original credit or debit card used to make the purchase, original identity card, and transaction ID provided to the client upon the purchase. This procedure is applicable to all methods of delivery.
- 9.1. For purchases made through the Website, the client may choose not to have the tickets delivered and, instead retrieve the tickets from any of the following locations:
- (a) from one of EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo POS, after 1 day from the date payment is approved; or
- (b) at the event venue’s ticket offices until 1 (one) hour prior to the time the event is scheduled to begin.
- 9.2. Retrieval of tickets at a POS may be conditioned to the presentation of the documents mentioned in item 9 above, and also a copy of the invoice of the client’s credit or debit card used to make the purchase, showing the purchase made, the client’s name and address.
- 9.3. By making a purchase through the Website, the client authorizes EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo to print, stamp, or show, in any other way, his/her credit or debit card number in the delivery receipt or other documents as the case may be to be signed by the client upon delivery of the tickets.
10. The tickets delivery is restricted to the Brazilian territory. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo will make up to 3 (three) attempts to deliver the tickets at the residential or commercial address indicated by the customer. If delivery is not possible, due to some inconsistent data entered by the customer in his / her registration or due to absence of the same at the time of delivery, the tickets will be automatically converted to the option of withdrawal in Box Office
- 10.1. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep their registration updated so that the tickets can be delivered to the correct address.
11. Delivered or retrieved tickets become the sole responsibility and risk of the client, and cannot be reissued, reprinted or replaced in case of loss or damage.
12. Availability of half-price or other discounted tickets shall be subject to the rules established by the Event Promoter and/or the venue for each event, except for situations specifically provided for by applicable law, as mentioned below. 13. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo follows a strict anti-spam policy and complies with all the marketing rules and good practices by not sending spam.

13.1. All e-mail marketing sent by EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo is previously accepted by each client through opt-in procedures, and provide for opt-out procedures which allow any client to be excluded from any emailing list.
14. Access to EVENTIM’s website is free, however the purchase conclusion is only allowed to those over 18 years.
15. EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo reserves the right to amend, restate or update this general policy and terms at any time, including, but not limited to, as a result of developments of applicable law, and it encourages the client to read this before making any purchase.
- Annex A – Exchange and cancellation

1. CANCELLATION
- 1.1. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE VIA WEB
- 1.1.1. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the cancellation of the ticket must be requested within 07 (seven) consecutive days, staring on the date of purchase. Cancellations requested on the day of the event will not be accepted.
- 1.1.2. In the event that the tickets have not been dispatched by EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo, and all other conditions established in the terms of purchase and this Annex A for the cancellation have been satisfied, the cancellation of the purchase must take place via the site www.EVENTIM.com.br. The client should send an e-mail to cancelamento@EVENTIM.com.br informing the order number you wish to cancel and a confirmation that you are aware of cancellation rules.
- 1.1.3. Following receipt of the ticket, in the event that the client opts to cancel the tickets within the required time period, the following procedure shall apply:
- 1.2. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE SALES POINTS AND TICKET OFFICE
Where a ticket is purchased in person, Sales Points and Ticket Offices, the cancellation can only be requested on the day the purchase was made. The client must return personally to the original sales point, with the original ticket and original photo identification. Requests for cancellation after the date of purchase will not be accepted.
- 1.2.1. For purchases made on non-digital channels such as box office and points of sale, the cancellation option is not available.
2. REPAYMENT OF PURCHASE
- 2.1. Loss, Robbery, and Damage: following the purchase, receipt or obtaining the ticket, the ticket shall be the entire responsibility of the purchaser, with no repayment or reprinting being permitted in the event of loss, damage or robbery.
- 2.2. Cancellation is made in full, including the convenience fee.
- 2.3. If the purchaser does not go to the event, the value of the ticket shall not be reimbursed.
- 2.4 Refunds for tickets cannot be made after the event has occurred.
3. FORCE MAJEURE
EVENTIM Brasil São Paulo and the event producers are not responsible for clients not turning-up to events, whether by reason of force majeure, such as rain, storms, floods, traffic-jams, etc. or where the purchaser decides not to go.
4. CANCELLATION OF EVENT
If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, the value of the ticket can only be repaid to the original purchaser.
5. CHANGE OF VENUE, DATE OR EVENT
- 5.1. Where the date, time, or venue are altered, as a general rule, the ticket shall continue to be valid. However, every event and event promotor has its own policies in these cases.
- 5.2. The client will be updated regarding any alteration, through the contact details supplied to us during registration, maintained in our data base.
- Annex B – About your tickets

- 1. Purchased tickets, provided that all its details were previously verified by the ticket purchaser, are issued by our system at EVENTIM BRASIL SÃO PAULO SISTEMAS E SERVIÇOS DE INGRESSOS LTDA (“EVENTIM”), enrolled with the National Register of Legal Entities under CNPJ No. 23.945.623/0001-32 and Municipal Tax Number 5.443-124-7, located at Av. Pedroso de Morais, 272 – 6th Floor – São Paulo – Postal Code: 05420-000, based on a service contract with the event promoter.
- 2. The Promoter is solely and exclusively responsible for the organization or staging of the event, as well as for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event, therefore being liable for any eventual refund to the Purchaser based on such facts.
- 3. An Event can be cancelled or rescheduled as a result of bad weather or any other unforeseeable circumstances, such as illness, Force Majeure or impeding judicial decisions.
- 4. The ticket is only valid for the day, time, place, block, row and seat number (if applicable) for which it was purchased.
- 5. For half-price tickets, it is mandatory to provide proof of eligibility for the benefit upon presentation of official documentation at the time of purchase or when entering the event, under current legislation.
- 6. Ticket holders may be subject to a security search when entering the event.
- 7. The following are not permitted within the venue: professional equipment for recording or photography, bottles, drinks, food, weapons or any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects. Such items may be confiscated and/or disposed.
- 8. The use of professional equipment for recording the event, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden. Any unauthorized recordings and/or equipment may be confiscated.
- 9. By attending an event, ticket holders consent to filming of themselves as members of the audience. The promoter may use such films and recordings in television or digital broadcasts and advertising of the event on any media, such as but not limited to press, electronic media, digital media, radio, internet, social media, etc.
- 10. Reserved seats as marked on your ticket are not guaranteed after the show starts.
- 11. Except as set forth in law, one will not be entitled to exchange or to obtain a refund for a purchased ticket other than in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, or changes of date and/or location of the event. EVENTIM and the promoter will not be liable for the client’s non-attendance at the event, regardless of the reason, whether caused by force majeure, such as rain, storms, flood, traffic jams or in case of withdrawal by initiative of the ticket purchaser.
- 12. EVENTIM and the promoter will not be liable for tickets purchased from 3rd party companies and/or individuals. Tickets should be purchased directly from official sources, such as our website (www.eventim.com.br), Call Center (4003-6860), the box office or at official outlets. Tickets have unique security features that will be validated when entering the event.
- 13. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to store, preserve and take care of purchased tickets. Please, be aware that no exchanges, refunds or reissues will be made for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
- 14. Our Purchase Policy will govern your purchase of any tickets as well as our operational system on www.eventim.com.br.
- 15. Keep your purchased ticket until the end of the event. The ticket is your receipt. DO NOT FOLD, SHRED OR CRINKLE YOUR TICKET.
