How it works

STEP 1

Open EVENTIM App

If you don't have the EVENTIM App, you can download it from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

Then log in with your EVENTIM account credentials.

STEP 2

Retrieve tickets

Open the "My Events" section in the top right-hand corner of the APP menu. There you will find the tickets for the event. Once the tickets have been accessed on your mobile device, they will also be available offline.

STEP 3

Admission to the event

Access the tickets in the EVENTIM app and have the device at hand to enter the event.

Please note: Only the EVENTIM.Pass directly from the EVENTIM app entitles you to access the event! It will not be possible to enter the event with printed tickets when selecting the Eventim Pass option. Screenshots/printouts of tickets will not be accepted.

What is EVENTIM.Pass?

  • With EVENTIM.Pass you manage your tickets in the EVENTIM on your smartphone.

  • Push notifications keep you up to date: all relevant information about your event is sent directly to your smartphone.

  • EVENTIM.Pass protects against theft, loss and destruction of tickets.

Ticket resale and transfer

  • Important: The respective organiser decides to what extent tickets can be resold or transferred.

    At the moment, fanSALE is not yet available on Brazilian platforms. Be careful not to fall victim to fraud.
