TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ("T&C OF USE")

Welcome to EVENTIM BRASIL SÃO PAULO SISTEMAS E SERVIÇOS DE INGRESSOS LTDA (“EVENTIM”), a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Brazil, enrolled with the National Registry of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Finance under No. 23.945.623/0001-32, and provider of services related to the creation, printing, sale, and distribution of tickets for cultural, sporting, and live entertainment events, through its website: www.eventim.com.br (the “Website”), its mobile applications, or through its physical points of sale (“POS”) disclosed on the Website or via electronic box offices (each, an “Electronic Box Office”).

In order to continuously improve your purchasing experience, we recommend that you carefully read these T&C OF USE prior to purchasing any tickets for Events on the Website, at POS, or at any Electronic Box Office as disclosed on the Website. By registering on the Website, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these T&C OF USE.

EVENTIM reserves the right to modify, at any time and at its sole discretion, the manner in which it provides its services, as well as to amend these T&C OF USE, with the aim of making them more effective, accurate, or clear. EVENTIM may notify you of significant changes, but please remain attentive and visit this section periodically. Please note that continued use of the tools available on the Website, the Application, POS, or Electronic Box Offices implies your knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these T&C OF USE and any subsequent amendments.

To facilitate the reading and understanding of these T&C OF USE, or in case of any doubts, please refer to the definitions provided below (which also appear throughout the text, whenever the term is first mentioned, in quotation marks [“”] and capitalized):

(a) Terms and Conditions of Use ("T&C OF USE"): The procedures established for the use of the tools available on the website www.eventim.com.br and on the other ticket sales channels established by EVENTIM and disclosed on the Website.

(b) Privacy Policies ("PP"): Rules and procedures related to the protection of data and information of Users of the Website, in compliance with the requirements of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

(c) Website ("WEBSITE"): The virtual platform available at www.eventim.com.br through which, upon completing their Registration, the consumer user may purchase tickets for various live entertainment events or VoD (Video on Demand), whenever such sales channel – which is in addition to the Official Box Office – is chosen by the user, following their review and acceptance of its terms of use.

(d) User(s) ("USER[S]"): Generally, any individual who registers on the Website after reviewing and agreeing to the T&C OF USE, for the purpose of using any of the available tools, or any person who purchases tickets through any of the available ticket sales channels, including the Official Box Office, POS, and Electronic Box Offices.

(e) Ticket(s) ("TICKET[S]"): A right of access to the EVENT, which may be presented in paper format, digitally, as wristbands, or any other form that contains a validation method such as barcodes, RFID, Biometrics, or QR Codes, exclusively issued by EVENTIM, and which will be scanned only once to grant its bearer access to a show, concert, or cultural, sporting, or entertainment event that is yet to take place. The right of access may be revoked due to purchase cancellation, fraud, or unauthorized resale through other channels.

(f) Registration ("REGISTRATION"): The procedure through which USERS effectively join the Website, enabling them to use the available tools. Please pay attention to the procedures outlined in the specific section to ensure safe browsing and efficient use of the Website's features.

(g) Password ("PASSWORD"): A set of characters provided by USERS during the Registration process. It is unique, personal, and non-transferable information, intended to ensure the security of USERS' browsing and transactions on the Website

(h) Event(s) ("EVENT[S]"): Music concerts, festivals, exhibitions, sporting events, or any other cultural and entertainment content—whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid—that require an access pass, i.e., a Ticket

(i) Electronic Box Office(s): A geolocation technology that enables the USER to purchase their TICKET(S) via the Application or Website under the same pricing and payment conditions as a POS, provided they are located within a certain radius from a geographic coordinate disclosed on the WEBSITE for each EVENT, with the aim of offering convenience and agility in purchases while avoiding queues at POS locations

REGISTRATION

1. In order to use the tools available on the Website, USERS must complete a Registration. Please ensure that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, as failure to do so may result in cancellation of your purchase or classification as potential fraud.

2. Access to the Website is unrestricted; however, the USER, as the holder of the Registration—if a natural person—declares to be over 18 (eighteen) years of age and fully capable of being bound by these T&C OF USE, agreeing to comply with its provisions and taking full responsibility for the use of any of the tools and services available on the Website. Each USER may only hold one (01) Registration: unique, individual, exclusive, and non-transferable.

3. The information required to complete your Registration includes:
(i) Full Name;
(ii) A personal email address;
(iii) If Brazilian or naturalized, your CPF/MF number;
(iv) If a foreign, your passport number;
(v) A current contact phone number;
(vi) A current address for correspondence.
This measure is intended to ensure your security and the effective use of the Website.

4. Upon completing the Registration, you will create a Password that will allow you to navigate the Website securely and use all its features. The Password may be changed by you at any time. When setting your Password, please observe the following security recommendations:
(i) We recommend choosing a password that is not easily associated with you;
(ii) Avoid using consecutive data and/or sequential numbers, such as your birthdate, your name, or nicknames;
(iii) Use letters, numbers, and special characters whenever possible.

5. Any incomplete, untruthful, inaccurate, or outdated information in a USER’s Registration, inconsistencies, or unjustified refusal to provide additional documents and information—which may be requested by EVENTIM at any time—or use of the Registration or our tools in breach of these T&C OF USE shall entitle EVENTIM to cancel/suspend the Registration and any associated purchase, without prior notice. The USER will be prevented from using any of the tools available on the Website, without prejudice to fulfilling any obligations assumed through the use of our tools.

6. The USER agrees to immediately notify EVENTIM of any indication or actual unauthorized use of their email address or Password, personal data, or any suspected security breach related to the information provided in their Registration and necessary for use of the Website's tools. The USER further agrees and undertakes to take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized use of their registration data and Password, including never leaving their Registration or the Website open after access, especially in public or shared computer or internet access locations. It is the USER’s sole responsibility to safeguard and keep confidential their email and Password.

7. EVENTIM Brasil follows a strict Anti-Spam policy, in line with industry best practices. MARKETING EMAIL is an important communication tool used by EVENTIM to reach its USERS, carried out under a rigorous procedure designed to preserve USERS' privacy and security. The sending of marketing materials to USERS is subject to prior consent (Opt-in/voluntary adherence), and USERS may unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time or modify their preferences directly in their Registration profile on the Website.

8. Any USER may cancel their Registration on the Website at any time through the available customer service channels.

9. For purchases made via Electronic Box Offices, the USER must link their device to their CPF. It is not possible to use other CPFs on an already linked device or to enter a CPF that is already in use on another device.

PURCHASING PROCEDURES AND TICKETS

10. EVENTIM Brasil shall not be held liable for any TICKETS purchased from companies and/or individuals that are not official sales channels, such as VIAGOGO, STUBHUB, FACEBOOK GROUPS, MARKETPLACES, WHATSAPP, and/or any other unauthorized channels. TICKETS identified as being resold—whether on third-party websites, social media platforms, or even through in-person sales—may be canceled at EVENTIM's sole and exclusive discretion, and the amount paid for such TICKETS may not be refunded or reimbursed. Acts of brokering and reselling TICKETS may subject the offender to penalties provided by law, and the purchaser's data may be shared with the competent authorities.

11. Your TICKET is a unique product, equivalent to cash; that is, once purchased, it is no longer available for sale and must be safeguarded and protected against duplication, unauthorized access, and disclosure (including via social media or messaging apps), in order to prevent fraudulent activity. Keep your TICKET safe and do not share it with third parties. Upon completion of the purchase, protection and confidentiality of the TICKET are your sole responsibility.

12. Carefully review the details of your order before finalizing your purchase (Event, date and time of the session, section, seats – when applicable –, type of TICKET, quantity, delivery method, or any other information). Each TICKET is valid only for the specific date, time, location, and section or seat (when applicable) for which it was issued. Under no circumstances may any details of the purchase (date and time of session, section, seats, type of TICKET, quantity, delivery method, or any other information) be changed after the purchase is completed. If an EVENT does not allow for individual seat selection, the system will automatically allocate the best available TICKETS (except for configurations/sections that do not include seating).

13. If the USER wishes to change any purchase details, they must request a full cancellation of the order (in accordance with specific rules, including those related to refunds and/or reimbursements) and place a new order, provided that TICKETS are still available for the desired options. Availability cannot be guaranteed, not even for HALF-PRICE or promotional discount modalities.

14. All purchases made on the Website are subject to a security review process. If any payment discrepancy is detected before the date of the EVENT, the TICKETS may be canceled without prior notice.

15. Customers should access their purchase history to confirm whether their purchase has been successfully completed, especially in cases involving security review or if the purchase completion screen was not displayed.

16. Each TICKET is equivalent to a fiscal document under Municipal Decree No. 53.151 of 2012, contains a unique validation code (barcode, QR Code, or proximity technology), and grants only one-time access to the EVENT, which is recorded and stored in the system.

17. If the TICKETS are lost, stolen, or printed more than once by the USER/purchaser within their Website REGISTRATION, only the first holder to pass through the reader will be granted access to the EVENT. It is not possible to request reprints or second copies of the TICKET, and any duplicate copies will be denied entry.

18. All TICKET purchases are subject to inventory availability—limited to the venue capacity of each EVENT, as determined by licenses and authorizations, as well as by configurations/segmentation defined by the Promoters and/or Producers—and to the payment transaction approval by the USER's credit card issuer and/or banking institution.

19. Within a 100-meter radius from a geographic coordinate disclosed on the WEBSITE for each EVENT (which may include a POS), USERS with devices linked to their CPF and with internet access may purchase TICKETS via the Application or Website under the same pricing and payment conditions as a POS. Upon completing the purchase, the USER will receive their TICKETS EXCLUSIVELY via Eventim.Pass in the Application.

20. Notwithstanding the above, the functionality of the Electronic Box Office will only be available and operational during business hours on business days (from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or within the operating hours of a POS disclosed on the WEBSITE for the specific EVENT, or during other hours also disclosed on the WEBSITE.

HALF-PRICE TICKETS

21. At POS locations or the Official Box Office of the Event, including Electronic Box Office(s), only the beneficiary themselves or the parents/legal guardians of minors may purchase a HALF-PRICE TICKET on behalf of the minor beneficiary, upon presentation of proof of kinship. For benefits granted to elderly individuals, only the children of the elderly beneficiary may purchase the HALF-PRICE TICKET on their behalf, also upon presentation of proof of kinship.

22. Documents proving eligibility for HALF-PRICE TICKETS, discounts, or other types of special tickets (such as for Persons with Disabilities, Persons with Special Needs, Obese Persons, elderly individuals, and/or any applicable free admissions) may be requested:
(i) At the time of purchase;
(ii) At the time of collection at the Official Box Office or POS; and/or
(iii) At the time of entry to the Event.

23. Customers who do not present valid documentation to confirm their eligibility for the benefit will not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price or any form of compensation. The Event Promoter reserves the right to deny entry to the ticket holder in the absence of proper documentation and may offer the option to exchange the ticket for a FULL-PRICE TICKET upon payment of the price difference.

24. The availability of HALF-PRICE TICKETS and/or promotional discount tickets is subject to ticket inventory and—where applicable—to the rules established by the Event Promoters, Producers, and/or Organizers. 25. Customers must observe all applicable legal provisions, particularly those established by Federal Decree No. 8.537 of 2015, as well as the rules and policies of each Event Promoter regarding the documentation required to prove entitlement to HALF-PRICE TICKETS and/or other discounts.

SERVICE FEE

26. For TICKET purchases made through EVENTIM’s official sales channels (Website, Mobile Application, or any POS), with the exception of the Official Box Office and the Electronic Box Office(s), a Service Fee will be charged.

27. The Service Fee compensates the provision of an additional ticket purchasing channel, other than the Official Box Office or Electronic Box Office(s). As this is an actual service provided, which occurs from the moment of browsing through to reservation and finalization of the purchase via the Website, Mobile Application, or POS, the Service Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. It constitutes a service provision and is therefore not subject to the Right of Withdrawal, which applies only to products.

28. The Service Fee will be applied to the total amount of the purchase made via the Website or Mobile Application. Its value will be clearly indicated to the USER during the ticket purchasing process and on the final page before the completion of the purchase. For purchases made at POS (in-person channels), the attendant will inform the Service Fee amount before finalizing the sale, and this amount will be printed on each TICKET delivered to the USER.

ADMINISTRATION FEE ("FACILITY FEE")

29. 29. The Administration Fee, also internationally referred to as the Facility Fee, is a fixed amount per ticket, uniformly applied to all seating sections, both for online sales and for purchases made at physical Points of Sale (PDVs). The fee is charged exclusively by the company responsible for managing the scheduling of events, concerts, and shows at specific arenas, stadiums, and/or venues. This fee aims to enhance the overall audience experience at each event by ensuring international standards of quality in key areas such as safety, accessibility, comfort, technology, and sustainability. As a result, each show or performance is experienced under ideal conditions, in line with the best practices adopted by leading venues worldwide. When applicable, the fee amount is clearly displayed in a separate line item on the purchase summary page, prior to checkout, ensuring full transparency to the customer.

PAYMENT METHOD

30. Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer to make their purchase, an additional amount will be charged, as authorized under the terms of Art. 1 of Federal Law No. 13,455 of June 26, 2017, to cover the costs associated with the operation and maintenance of electronic payment systems, such as transaction processing (authorization and payment operation), online transaction security and anti-fraud measures, transfer of funds to the event promoter, and other related services.

31. The charge of the payment method additional amount is supported by Federal Law No. 13.455/2017 and will be calculated based on the value and items of the order placed. It will be applicable depending on the electronic payment method chosen by the customer, such as credit or debit cards, as well as the location of payment, transaction amount, volume, the payment processors involved, among other factors

32. The payment method additional amount will not be charged for purchases paid in cash at physical box offices.

TICKET DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEE

33. The available delivery methods for TICKETS purchased via the Website may vary depending on the specific Event. The fee for this additional service and the estimated delivery time may also vary according to the location of the Event. The Shipping Fee applies when the customer chooses to receive TICKETS purchased through the Website at the address registered in their REGISTRATION. The fee amount is shown at the time of purchase and before finalization and is fixed per delivery/order, regardless of the number of TICKETS.

34. If the “Delivery” option is enabled, the TICKETS will be sent to the address listed in the USER’s REGISTRATION. Any address changes made directly on the Website after purchase will only be valid for future purchases. If delivery is not possible due to address change, incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient after three (03) delivery attempts, and/or due to inconsistent data provided by the USER in their REGISTRATION, the TICKETS will be automatically converted to the TICKET PICK-UP option, and no refund or reimbursement will be issued for the Shipping Fee.

35. If the USER opts for delivery via CORREIOS (the Brazilian postal service), which is limited to Brazilian territory (in accordance with the rules and restrictions established by the postal service provider – CORREIOS), the order will be sent under the "Return Receipt" option, and delivery will occur upon identification and signature of the recipient. Up to three (03) delivery attempts will be made.

36. The Shipping Fee will be refunded or reimbursed to the USER in cases of cancellation and/or exercise of the right of withdrawal, provided that the TICKETS have not yet been shipped.

37. By making a purchase through the Website, the customer automatically authorizes EVENTIM to print their personal and payment data on the delivery receipt or any other document requiring the customer's signature at the time of delivery.

38. If you do not receive your TICKETS at least five (05) days before the date of the EVENT, please contact EVENTIM’s Customer Service via the following link: https://help.eventim.com.br/hc/pt-br/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1500002897442, providing your order number.

TICKET PICK-UP

39. For certain Events, the USER may opt to pick up their TICKETS at the Official Box Office of the Event until the date of the selected EVENT, upon payment of the Pick-Up Fee. The Pick-Up Fee will be refunded or reimbursed to the USER in cases of cancellations and/or exercise of the right of withdrawal, provided the TICKETS have not yet been collected.

40. The USER may also have the option to receive the TICKETS via email or digitally through E-TICKET (mobile) or TICKETDIRECT (.pdf).

41. Your TICKETS will be available for pick-up eight (08) days after the purchase, respecting the seven (07) day cancellation period. TICKETS may be collected at the official box offices of the Events (the address and opening hours of the Box Office must be verified on the Event page) and at EVENTIM’s official points of sale (addresses and opening hours available at: https://help.eventim.com.br/hc/pt-br/articles/4413851605015-Bilheterias-de-eventos-em-geral-da-Eventim). The USER, as the REGISTRATION holder, must present the following documents:
(i) Purchase confirmation email with the pick-up code;
(ii) National ID (RG) or Driver’s License (CNH), or passport in the case of foreigners;
(iii) Proof of eligibility for HALF-PRICE TICKET, when applicable;
(iv) Proof of promotional and/or legal discount, when applicable.

42. In most cases, the REGISTRATION holder may authorize a third party to pick up the TICKETS. In this case, the third party must present the following documents: (i) Printed, completed, and signed Authorization Form for Third-Party Pick-Up (download the form at: https://help.eventim.com.br/hc/pt-br/articles/4412997848983-Retirada-por-Terceiros-Acesse-aqui-o-formul%C3%A1rio);
(ii) Purchase confirmation email with the pick-up code;
(iii) Copy of the REGISTRATION holder’s RG or CNH;
(iv) RG or CNH of the third party collecting the TICKETS;
(v) Proof of eligibility for HALF-PRICE TICKET, when applicable;
(vi) Proof of promotional and/or legal discount, when applicable.

43. For orders including two or more TICKETS, partial pick-up is not allowed. All TICKETS must be collected at once.

44. For certain Events, the pick-up requirements may differ. Please check the Event page and/or the steps during the purchase process to verify whether the chosen EVENT has such specific conditions.

45. For certain Events or types of TICKETS (e.g., VIP packages), third-party pick-up may not be permitted, as determined by the Event Promoter. Please check the Event page and/or the steps during the purchase process to confirm if this applies.

46. By making a purchase through the Website, the customer automatically authorizes EVENTIM to print their personal and payment information on the delivery receipt or any other document that requires the customer’s signature upon delivery.

PRE-SALES AND/OR EXCLUSIVE SALES

47. In recognition of the bond between fan clubs and their idols, and pursuant to the Event Promoter’s determination, certain Events may offer an exclusive pre-sale to customers, subject to specific sales terms and installment conditions defined by the Promoter. Access to this benefit may require code validation and/or data sharing at the time of purchase for verification and access. These benefits are limited to Events where such information is expressly highlighted during the purchase process.

EVENTIM PASS – TICKET TRANSFER

48. The EVENTIM PASS is an exclusive TICKET delivery method available only for mobile access via the Eventim BR app. This modality provides additional security layers and facilitates the transfer of TICKETS between USERS. It is important to note that the EVENTIM PASS, like any other TICKET type, grants access to only one individual, and access to the EVENT is granted upon the first scan of the QR Code.

49. To ensure the integrity of the process, please note that the TICKET can only be accessed through the application and cannot be converted into a PDF or collected physically at the box office. Furthermore, the QR Code is only made available 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the EVENT, and screen captures are disabled while the app is open. Even without an internet connection, the TICKET remains available in the app, provided it was accessed at least once while online.

50. The use of the TICKET is not limited to the person whose name appears on it. It is sufficient to present the QR Code at the entrance to the EVENT.

51. To transfer a TICKET to another holder, simply access the TICKET in the Eventim BR app and click the “TRANSFER TICKET” button. A link will be generated for sharing via WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. The recipient must have an EVENTIM account linked to the application. Once the transfer is accepted, the TICKET(S) will appear in the new holder’s Eventim account linked to the app.

52. Note that the transfer may be canceled as long as the new holder has not yet accepted it. After acceptance, the original holder will no longer have access to the TICKET.

53. As a general rule, a TICKET may only be transferred once. However, this rule may vary depending on the EVENT and may allow for multiple transfers.

54. It is important to highlight that any refunds will be issued solely to the original purchaser, even if the TICKETS have been transferred to another holder. This applies to cases of canceled or modified EVENTS.

55. All communications, including notices of EVENT cancellations or changes, will be sent exclusively to the original purchaser.

56. A TICKET may be canceled if any activity deemed unsafe by the original purchaser is detected. Additionally, in certain situations—such as changes to the EVENT or other exceptional circumstances—the original purchaser has the prerogative to request TICKET cancellation. Cancellation may also be requested within seven (07) days after purchase, as provided by law. The EVENTIM PASS is not a resale tool.

EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

57. All cancellation requests will be handled exclusively with the USER who holds the REGISTRATION on the WEBSITE.

58. For TICKETS purchased through the WEBSITE, in cases of PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL (as provided under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code), the USER may request cancellation of the TICKET value within seven (07) calendar days from the date of purchase completion, provided the request is made prior to the date of the EVENT. Only the full value of the TICKETS will be refunded; Service Fees will not be reimbursed. Canceled TICKETS are immediately made available for resale.

59. If the purchase was made less than seven (07) days before the EVENT, cancellation must be requested no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the EVENT. Cancellation requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

60. For TICKETS in the TICKETDIRECT, E-TICKET, PICK-UP, and/or DELIVERY modalities, if the TICKETS have not yet been sent to USERS and/or collected at the Official Box Office or POS, the purchase cancellation must be requested directly via the following link: https://help.eventim.com.br/hc/pt-br/requests/new, using the email address registered in your REGISTRATION, by selecting “CANCEL MY PURCHASE,” providing the order number to be canceled, and confirming your awareness of the cancellation rules. Cancellation is an irreversible act.

61. For TICKETS purchased through physical/in-person channels, such as POS, self-service terminals, and/or the Official Box Office of the EVENT, cancellations are not permitted.

62. In cases where TICKETS were purchased prior to the exception period described in item 59, EVENTIM will not accept cancellation requests that:
(i) Are made within forty-eight (48) hours of the EVENT date;
(ii) Are made on the day of the EVENT; and/or
(iii) Are made after the EVENT has taken place.

63. Partial cancellation of a purchase is not allowed; that is, it is not possible to cancel only one TICKET from an order that contains two or more TICKETS. In such cases, all TICKETS within the same order will be canceled. The purchase of new TICKETS—regardless of the modality, quantity, or different date and/or time—after a cancellation request will always be subject to ticket availability in inventory. EVENTIM assumes no responsibility for the availability of TICKETS, including HALF-PRICE or promotional discount TICKETS.

64. The authority to respond to requests for TICKET EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS due to organizational issues or changes to the EVENT lies solely with the Event Promoter, and EVENTIM has no control over such matters.

REFUND/REIMBURSEMENT OF AMOUNTS

66. EVENTIM and the Event Promoters are not responsible for TICKETS that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the customer. In such cases, no refunds, replacements, reprints, or any other form of compensation will be provided. Once the TICKETS are purchased, received, or picked up, their safekeeping is the sole responsibility of the USER/Purchaser.

67. There will be no refund and/or reimbursement of any amount paid in the event of no-show and/or withdrawal that does not comply with the provisions of item 57 and subsequent items of these T&C OF USE, whether by the customer’s own decision or due to force majeure.

68. TICKETS classified as “promotional,” “complimentary,” “corporate,” free of charge, or similar will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

69. No refund will be issued for the TICKET value if the EVENT is interrupted or if any extraordinary or unforeseeable event occurs beyond the control of the Event Promoters, as provided in Article 393 of the Brazilian Civil Code.

70. For purchases made using a CREDIT CARD, the refund request will be submitted by EVENTIM to the bank and/or card issuer used by the USER at the time of purchase. The refunded amount may appear within up to two (02) billing cycles, depending on the refund request date and the closing dates of the credit card statements, subject to the rules and timelines of the card administrator.

71. Refunds for canceled purchases will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction (for example, it will not be possible to receive a refund via bank transfer if the TICKET was purchased using a credit card).

72. Refunds for purchases paid in CASH or via DEBIT CARD will be processed within thirty (30) days after the request: by bank deposit in the case of CASH payments, and, for DEBIT CARD payments, to an account associated with the name printed on the DEBIT CARD used in the purchase. In cases of canceled or altered EVENTS, this timeframe may be extended, and the USER should refer to the notice sent to the purchase email or consult the EVENT page for updated information.

73. For payments made via PIX, the refund will be issued within three (03) business days, provided the cancellation request complies with the criteria outlined in the EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS section above. In the case of canceled or altered EVENTS, this timeframe may be extended, and the USER should refer to the notice sent to the purchase email or consult the EVENT page for updated information.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

74. EVENTIM does not promote, produce, or organize any Show, Performance, Sporting Event, or live Entertainment Event. If you have any questions about this, please contact us or seek information on the official pages or websites of the Promoters and/or Producers of the Shows, Events, or Performances you wish to attend.

75. EVENTIM is not responsible for organizing or managing access to the EVENT; such responsibilities lie exclusively with the Promoter.

76. EVENTIM has no control over any circumstances that may lead to rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation of any EVENT for which TICKETS are sold through our tools. EVENTIM is not responsible for changes to the EVENT or its schedule, its postponement, or cancellation. If in doubt, we recommend that USERS contact the Event Promoters and/or Producers using the contact information printed on the TICKET or available on the EVENT’s sales page.

77. Event Promoters reserve the right to modify the pre-established schedule and the EVENT date at any time, without prior notice or condition, especially in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

78. In the event of a postponement by the Promoters to a new date for any reason, TICKETS purchased for the original EVENT date will remain valid for the rescheduled date, without requiring exchanges and/or updates. Alternatively, the TICKET value may be refunded to the USER via cash, bank deposit, or credit card reversal, as applicable and per the Promoter’s instructions. The refund of such amounts is the sole responsibility of the Event Promoters, Producers, and/or Organizers. EVENTIM only provides the platform through which such refunds will be processed for the USER.

79. In the event of cancellation of any EVENT by its Promoters, Producers, and/or Organizers, EVENTIM will, on behalf of and under the instruction of such parties, cancel the USER’s purchases and refund the face value of the TICKETS, following procedures to be announced in due course. The refund of such amounts is the sole responsibility of the Event Promoters, Producers, and/or Organizers. EVENTIM only provides the system to facilitate such refunds to the USER.

80. Customers agree to be subject to inspection, personal searches, and the removal or safekeeping of unauthorized items at the EVENT entrance. Entry will be denied to anyone exhibiting violent, aggressive, or disorderly behavior or refusing to surrender or safeguard unauthorized items at the EVENT venue.

81. For certain EVENTS, entry may not be permitted after the show/session has begun. In such cases, no refunds, reimbursements, or exchanges for another date and/or session will be available.

82. Re-entry to the EVENT is strictly prohibited. Once a customer exits the EVENT, they must purchase a new TICKET to return, regardless of whether they still possess the access wristband and/or previously used TICKET. This measure is intended to prevent fraud and curb malicious practices such as transferring wristbands to third parties for unauthorized EVENT access.

83. The age classification for each EVENT is determined by the Promoter. Customers must verify the applicable age rating prior to purchasing TICKETS. Entry of minors may be allowed per the T&C OF USE established by the Event Promoter, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Additional rules may apply, in accordance with the EVENT regulations, which must be consulted. Guardians must remain at the EVENT venue for the duration of the minor’s presence. This requirement, as well as the age classification, may be altered at any time by the Juvenile Court Judge.

84. In accordance with guidance from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the presence of children under the age of five (5) at the EVENT after 10:00 PM is not recommended, even if accompanied. Noncompliance with this guidance may be subject to inspection and enforcement actions by the competent authorities.

85. The customer agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or assist in the transmission, distribution, or sale of), in any current or future media, any description, account, image, video, audio, or other form of reproduction of the EVENT or any related activities (in whole or in part).

86. The customer expressly agrees that their image and audio may be captured and recorded during the EVENT, and hereby grants—free of charge and permanently—to the EVENT Promoters, Sponsors, and any third parties designated by them, all rights to their image and audio for any and all purposes (commercial, institutional, or otherwise), for use in any type of media, including television, without limitation as to territory, time, frequency, or communication channel, whether now existing or created in the future.

87. EVENTIM assures the customer that it has implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure and demonstrate that the collection, storage, processing, transmission, or availability of personal data is conducted in accordance with appropriate encryption standards, access restrictions, and in full compliance with the LGPD – Brazilian General Data Protection Law.

88. Each TICKET grants access exclusively to authorized areas. Use of the TICKET in unauthorized areas or any irregular usage will result in immediate seizure of the TICKET and expulsion of the customer from the EVENT. Customers who leave the EVENT venue will not be permitted to reenter.

89. For situations not expressly addressed in these T&C OF USE, applicable legislation shall prevail. In the absence of specific provisions, the Event Promoter reserves the right to resolve any uncertainties or omissions.

90. Customers whose actions violate these T&C OF USE, the applicable Policies, any current laws, or other rules related to the EVENT may be denied entry or removed from the EVENT, and their TICKETS may be canceled without refund, at the discretion of the Event Promoters. In such cases, EVENTIM will block and cancel the customer’s account and delete all its content without any obligation to notify the customer. The customer will no longer be able to access the platform. This, however, does not exempt the customer from any obligations previously assumed under these T&C OF USE.

91. EVENTIM and the Event Promoters will be liable for any damages or incidents that occur before, during, or after the customer’s presence at the EVENT venue, provided they are solely responsible for causing such damages or incidents. In the event of shared responsibility, any compensation must be allocated in proportion to each party’s degree of fault.

92. The customer is solely responsible for checking the most current version of the Terms and Conditions for each EVENT and may not claim ignorance of any changes made by the Promoters.

93. If any provision of these T&C OF USE is declared null or unenforceable, such a declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

95. In the event of any inconsistencies between these T&C OF USE and other pages or content available on the Website, these T&C OF USE shall prevail. Additionally, in case of divergence between the Portuguese and English versions of these T&C OF USE, the Portuguese version shall prevail.

96. EVENTIM clarifies that it does not provide a direct telephone number for consumer contact and emphasizes that it does not sell TICKETS via telephone or WHATSAPP, nor does it request personal information or credit card data through such channels.

97. EVENTIM warns consumers of the critical importance of remaining vigilant against possible scams and fraud. Malicious third parties may impersonate EVENTIM in attempts to obtain sensitive information or commit fraud. In case of doubt, inquiries, or complaints, EVENTIM recommends using only the official form available at: https://help.eventim.com.br/hc/pt-br/requests/new.

98. The USER, as the REGISTRATION holder, expressly declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&C OF USE and are fully aware of the rights and obligations arising therefrom.
